Displays a list of all the records in the current Dynodex file. Only the "First Line", "Phones" 1 through 4, and the Phone Key fields are shown. Records are listed in the current sort order. If you have selected records, only the selected records are shown. (You can see at the top of the list if it is "Show Every Record" or if there's a selection definition.)
A Quick Way to Find Any Record: You can click on any record in the "Just Names" list and it will come up in the entry screen. It is also very useful for doing quick viewing and marking of records.
We suggest leaving the list open as you work in Dynodex, so you can have an overview of the records you're working with.
You can move, resize, and close the Just Names window by clicking in the close box or by choosing "Close", Cmd-W, when the window is active.
